100 push ups in 6 weeks - Day 1

First day of my new training program - 100 push ups in 6 weeks.

Hundredpushups training program

6 push ups in the initial test.

Did 5 sets of push ups - 6, 6, 4, 4, 5.
Almost didn't make it, but pumped like a beast! Never give up. Felt nice and warm, still pumped up muscles. Yeeha.

Decided to do the 100 squats too.
5 sets of squats.

After that went to the gym for 40 minutes intervall training on the treadmill.
